Shipping policy

Processing time: orders are packed and dispatched within 2–5 business days. Drops and pre-orders may take longer; the product page states the expected window if it differs.

Delivery estimates after dispatch: Norway 2–5 business days; EU/EEA 4–10 business days; rest of world 7–21 business days. These are carrier estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and shown before you pay.

Customs: orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties, taxes and handling fees charged by the destination country, payable by you.

Tracking: you receive a confirmation email when your order ships, with tracking where the carrier provides it.

Wrong address, lost or damaged parcels: please check your address at checkout — we cannot reroute after dispatch. If a parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable time, email hello@collective20.com and we will trace it with the carrier and replace or refund.
