Terms of service

1. Who you are buying from — These terms apply to all orders placed on collective20.com, operated by Collective20 ("C20"). Contact: hello@collective20.com
2. Orders — A contract is formed when we send an order confirmation by email. We may refuse or cancel an order if an item is out of stock or a price was listed in error; you are then refunded in full.
3. Prices and payment — Prices are in euro and include VAT where applicable. Shipping and any duties are shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely by Shopify and its payment providers.
4. Delivery — We aim to dispatch within 2–5 business days. Delivery times depend on carrier and destination. Risk passes on delivery. Orders outside the EU may incur import duties payable by you.
5. Products — Items are produced in small runs. Photographs are indicative; slight variations in colour, print placement and fit are normal and not a defect.
6. Returns and legal guarantee — See our Returns & Refunds policy. Consumers also benefit from the statutory guarantee for faulty or non-conforming goods.
7. Liability and law — Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights. These terms are governed by Norwegian law, without depriving you of mandatory protections in your country of residence. Disputes may also be submitted to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
